Standard Commission Guidlines:
1. Client submits 50% deposit to secure their order.
2. Within 1 week, artist confirms painting specifications from your Virtual Preview(s) and favorite work(s) from the artist’s website.
3. Artist revises mock up based on client feedback.
4. Client receives final mock up if revisions are necessary.

5. Artist requests 8-10 weeks (timeline may vary due to artist’s demand/schedule) to complete your commission.
6. Artist will send a photo of “completed” commission in that timeframe. Client may request additional minor changes, or approve and submit remaining 50% of payment.
7. Artist provides shipping quote and delivery time estimate based on scale and fragility of commission. Individual fine art delivery services are often cheaper than FedEx/UPS freight for pieces larger than 48″x48.”
8. Refund if artwork is damaged in shipping, is not received, or appears significantly different than the approved image.

9. Artists usually accept Venmo, Paypal, or credit card. Your purchase is doubly insured (shipping insurance/credit card fraud) when purchased with a credit card. There is usually a 5% fee added to credit card purchaes.
